The worship ministry of Cambria Vineyard Church exists to glorify God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit through music and the arts, to connect honest seekers to the Gospel and Ministry of Jesus, to encourage spiritual growth and formation in those that believe and serve them through the leading of worship. We value integrity in worship. By this, we mean that our lives will reflect what we believe and our desire is to be, leading out of the integrity of a private life with God. For worship leaders and teams to effectively lead a congregation as a worshiping community over time, that team must value their personal lives with God over and above the opportunity to express their personal musical gift on a stage. When we lead with integrity, we are giving to the community, and taking our place as a servant.
