Saturday Slow Down

A Blessing in the fog

Slowdown in what you see

There may be something else that you have not noticed before

When the fog is so thick
That it covers your vista when things are not clear and you
want to fight through the fog

Slowdown in the middle of the wet mist
And don’t resist

In it
Walk through it
letting
even the unknown comfort you

Be still and know

In the slowing down of it all

You just might find that

Today is the gift

that you have been waiting for.

You just might find that you enjoy it when you slow down
to notice.
