October 15 Prayer

Grace is simply believing
It is faith in receiving

I am forgiven and from this place
I may forgive with the grace freely given.

Grace is right in front of me,
In the small child that wants to be with me.
That’s shouts “look at me”
“ listen to me”

And I turn and give my full attention
With more than a glance but a look from the heart and an eager ear to hear.

Grace is presence.

May we all learn to live in this reality of
simply being,

Believe and receive.
And may we be the instruments of God’s
Grace in little ways today.
