July 9 Prayer

“Do not fear,
Do not worry,
For I am here to help you.” Is.41;13

When you wake up in the middle of the night,
with worry and concern,
When the future seems to taunt you in a panic,

Remember these words
“I am here to help you .”
Then ask for help.

Take it one bit at a time,
To unpack the worry and fear,
Where it begins in your mind
Where it is held,
Feel it
then let it go to Jesus.

It really does not need to be over complicated.

He has a firm grip on you
and will not let you go.

So let your own enemies go.
He will take care of it all.

Pause to pray a prayer of trust,

Lord Help!

Thank you Jesus!
