Hi. I grew up in Virginia, where I played a lot of basketball and tuba - in that order. I came to California back in 2010 just after meeting the love of my life, Amy. Who knew California was so cool?! I love music, movies, sports, nachos, and Jesus' bride, the Church. Speaking of, I met Jesus when I was 14 years old at a Christian summer camp. Best. Day. Ever. If you can spend time at a camp, DO IT! ​I received my bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry in 2001 from North Park University; was ordained here at CVC in 2019; and pastored a small church near Wilmington, NC, for almost a year until Covid closed us down. God brought us back to the central coast. You can find me almost anywhere in the church on a Sunday. Be sure to say "hi" to me when you see me!
